In 2011, Nick and his then-wife Mariah Carey welcomed their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, marking his first fatherhood. The former couple has been co-parenting their son and daughter five years after divorcing.

Cannon announced on Instagram in August 2022 that he is expecting his third child with Bell, his ninth child overall.
