Paulo Muzy usually trains for 50 minutes twice a day from Monday to Friday.
On Day 1 he does Deltoids/biceps in the Am – triceps/calves in PM. For Day 2 He does Quadriceps / abdominal AM – hamstrings/calves PM, on day 3 Back Am – Pectoral PM. On Day 4 he does Hamstrings/Abdominal Am – Quadriceps/Calves in Pm.
Paulo Muzy ends his week with Deltoids/Triceps in the Am and Biceps/Abdomen in Pm. He always does 20 min low-intensity cardio after training. Paulo Muzy’s diet program has 300gm of protein and 80kcal for each gram of nitrogen of it and about 6.5g of raw protein. Paulo Muzy eats an extremely clean diet consisting of lean beefsteak, brown rice, egg white, vegetables, and berries. Food like avocados, nuts, and olive oil is also an essential part of his diet.
